One of four victims of a car crash over the weekend, seventeen year old Erwin Sanchez-Gil, was breathing and responsive according to his friend Dante Villanueva who was on the scene moments after the accident. “I was talking to his brothers and to his best friend,” said Villanueva. “They pulled him out of the car. They rolled him over and he was breathing. He rolled his head and he was blinking.“I don’t care how small of a chance it is, he was alive,”
EMS officials disagree however. They reported that Sanchez-Gil was not breathing and had no pulse when they arrived on scene and had suffered injuries that made it impossible for him to be alive.
