Isle Of Palms Personal Injury Lawyer

As one of South Carolina’s barrier islands the City of Isle of Palms provides its residents, and vacationers alike, with wonderful beaches, scenic sunsets, and resort amenities all while being a mere 10 miles from historic downtown Charleston. But the Isle of Palms bears strong historical significance, unbeknownst to the throngs of vacationers that visit the island year-round. Albeit a small impact upon the American Civil War, the H.L. Hunley played a major role in the history of naval warfare as a predecessor to the modern submarine. During the Civil War, the Hunley was launched from an inlet at the Isle of Palms’ southernmost point before sinking to the bottom of Charleston Harbor. After being submerged for well over a century, its recovery and careful restoration has made the Civil War era sub a permanent attraction at the Charleston History Museum.

As mentioned, the City of Isle Palms is an extremely popular vacation destination, largely due to its family friendly atmosphere and the Wild Dunes Resort. Additionally, the City was the first in the State of South Caroline to achieve the Blue Wave Designation from the Clean Beaches Council who recognizes environmentally well-managed beaches.

However, even in a seaside paradise like the Isle of Palms, unexpected and unfortunate accidents and injuries do happen. Regardless if you are a full-time resident, come down to the island a couple times a year, or just visiting for a few days, your Isle of Palms personal injury lawyers are here to help.
